Process Modules and Skid Units
In the processing industries, any downtime in a manufacturing plant is almost always disruptive and extremely costly. For that reason, it is often less intrusive and more cost-effective if plant expansion modules are constructed off site. Doing this also makes quality procedures easier to control. That’s why here at Fillworth, we look to provide process modules and skid units for a range of equipment.
We can assemble a range of process modules for equipment such as:

All of these process modules can be assembled prior to delivery so there is no need to worry about a temporary loss of manpower.
Sometimes a process system needs to be transported. We have the ability and the experience to design, simulate, engineer, construct and commission all types of skid modules which can be integrated into most chemical processes. All the services outlined above can be installed on the skid with pipework, electrics and control system integration, with existing processes minimised for maximum practicality.
We undertake detailed interrogations from all aspects of the engineering spectrum to understand the performance of our process modules. Some of the interrogations we undertake include:
